Franciscan Desert Rose (USA) Pitcher, “three flower” version. Rare early piece with decorator’s mark incised into the bottom.
This piece has the 1940-1947 USA backstamp: "Francisan Ware" stamped in a circle; “Made in California USA” in the center of circle; “Hand Decorated” outside of the circle; see The Franciscan Ceramics Archive Franciscan Marks page for info.
SPECS: Measures 8.2" handle to spout, 9.25" tall, weight is 2 lb 9 oz. Mint condition.
