We believe this to be one of Everett Woodson’s earliest works. An original oil painting, featuring a barn in rural landscape, signed “Everett Woodson”. Original handmade knotty-pine wood frame.
Beautifully-rendered barn in pale-pink and green artist oils. The scene includes a fence, trees, birds and a path leading to a farm field.
In very nice condition. About an inch from the top there is a single long “crazing line” that nearly spans the width, visible if you supersize and zoom-in on either of the first two photos.
Canvas stretcher measures 16 inches wide by 12 inches tall, handmade knotty pine frame measures 19.5 inches wide by 15.5 inches tall, overall depth (frame plus stretchers) about 1.4 inches.
